five little {or not so little} things

1. this tape {because it was part of a gift from my sister. because more tape means more boxes secured.}

2. this syrup {because there was good visiting over the making of it. because a dear friend did all the snipping of rhubarb and stirring of syrup. because it tasted so good on blueberry waffles. because the pulp is a tasty rhubarb sauce. because it is pretty.}

3. these crackers {because they taste so good all alone. because with dark chocolate and a toasted marshmallow, they are wonderful!}

4. these jars {because the blue one is from my mom and dad and the little clear one is from the side of the road. and the twinkle lights, because little white christmas lights are merry and bright all year round.}

5. this jacket
{because even though it is june fifth, and even though the thermometer is reading above fifty degrees farenheit all the time now, i still need a warm layer. because it is the color of sunshine or a lemon drop. because it was less than half-price.}
