A Favorite Quote::I long to accomplish some great and noble task, but it is my chief duty to accomplish small tasks as if they were great and noble. ~Helen Keller
Some thoughts ::
I think this is especially meaningful for moms and homemakers. We have piles of small tasks to do - every few minutes: dress a little one, change a diaper, clean a bathroom, wash up the dishes, vacuum a floor, make a snack, read a story, teach a bit of schoolwork or something about life. If we approach each of these small tasks as they are - really great and noble - we can take pleasure in each small task. When we keep our homes, we make them into a haven and a castle. When we love our little ones, we ready them to be wonderful and healthy members of our families and communities. There is no greater, nobler task.
